    1. Part of the Captured History series, this title focuses on astronaut Neil Armstrong s iconic photograph of Buzz Aldrin standing on the Moon in 1960 The book contains all sorts of photographs from the time period as well as a discussion of chnages that were made in the photograph to make it attractive Although the two astronauts were the first humans to set foot on the Moon, the photograph represents the almost limitless possibilities for humans in the future and serves as a reminder of what we [...]

    2. I am really liking this Captured History serieswhere an iconic photograph lends itself to a closer examination of the event in history Some people even think this photo is of Neil Armstrong, instead of the actual casea photo taken by Armstrong of fellow moonwalker, Buzz Aldrin It was also interesting that the book included information about the naysayers who to this day feel the photo was doctored and we did not make it to the moon.

    3. I m not entirely sure of the audience It s a good introductory to the space race and Apollo 11, but there s a lot about the photo Probably useful for a kid doing homework research into space or photography.
