    1. I have listened and been entertained by the animal stories written by this author.Unfortunately, this one is so sad seems just like a laundry list of cats that died terrible deaths in this one family.Pilar Uribe does a splendid job of reading the list.Sadly I fear that yet another Tabby has bit the dust while I typed thiss it s that sad I was provided this audiobook at no charge by the author, publisher and or narrator in exchange for an unbiased review via AudiobookBlast or MalarHouse dot com

    2. No one can write about a cat s life better than the cat herself Yes, the opposable thumbs thing can be an issue, but it seems that Tabby has overcome this obstacle Perhaps it is because she is writing this from the other side of the Rainbow Bridge.Beginning with the cats in residence before her birth, Tabby relates the quirks and adventures of an entire panoply of feline personalities that graced the lives of Becky and her sister, Debbie to whom the book is dedicated Some kitties lived a good, l [...]

    3. Tabby Cat Tales is an adorable memoir told through the eyes of a cat Tabby tells the story of her life in a pet and kid filled home in the 1960s The book is packed with fun details and great humor, such as Tabby s reflections on her roommates in the garage an annoying rooster, a relative s car that she was dying to scratch, and delicious looking pet rodents The anecdotes sprinkled throughout the story are so cute, and I was constantly laughing at Tabby s voice I also enjoyed the pictures that au [...]

    4. In Tabby Cat Tales, Becky allows her tabby cat called Tabby to narrate her own stories as we follow the adventures of Tabby s cat and human family along with other animals that come along the way Illustrated with many beautiful photographs, and written a straightforward yet charming style which makes the book accessible to everyone of all ages.

    5. I was gifted a copy of this book on audible, not at all what I was expecting as a cat lover this book was sad, we lost a precious life and almost every chapter even the ending was a little sad.

    6. I was gifted this book in exchange for an honest review.Having grown up in the same time period, also in the Midwest, many of the brief tales reminded me of my similar experiences Cats were put out at night if allowed in the house at night Routine veterinary care and alteration was almost unheard of Stray animals and road kill were a frequent occurrence. This book does have a sad overtone, but it is a slice of history. The only reason I did not add it to my nonfiction shelf is because it is told f [...]
