    1. This book reminded me of a certain term called stockholm syndrom We get to hear about our two leads Kylie and Lisa dating guys throughout school to prove they aren t gay and to take their minds off things Fun We also get to experience learn that Lisa, who by description was the good girl and the eventual love interest, had relentlessly taken part in bullying Kylie for years Throw in the main lead who eventually starts to like her bully the instant she starts treating her like a human, and you ve [...]

    2. 1.5 This book was not what I expected after reading other books with the same idea Although the story was suppose to follow two girls discovering they attracted to each other, large parts of the book were about this table game something like DD , and the dealing with one of the characters, Dave, which is describe than once as asshole I felt that the relationship part took very small part in the book Another point that made me enjoy the book less, was the fact that although the heroines are cons [...]

    3. I received an ARC of this book in return for an honest review.I really like that Archer has gone geeky again In this book, our hero, Kylie, fell in love with playing CC which I liken to DD, because that s really what it is in high school She also seems to have some interesting feelings for Lisa, cheerleader and prom queen Not that she d do anything about those feelings high school is hard enough Now Lisa is home for the summer and looking for something to keep her occupied Dave, that creepy guy [...]

    4. The Dave thing was sort of expected, because there had to be a reason for him to be still in the group, but overall a good read In all seriousness though, if someone like Dave keeps showing up to your group, you have to get him out.

    5. If you are a role player board version , you may find yourself described in this book. The first two chapters are somewhat unnecessary The others recompense it.

    6. Girl Games was just what I needed I ve dabbled in table top games some, mostly to hang out with friends that were into them, but am into other geeky think things so it s fun to be able to read about relatable characters I really enjoyed the build between Kylie and Lisa s relationship and how they didn t immediately get past their differences just to get to the romance It would have been very unrealistic They were given time to grow as characters, as people, and as a couple But that didn t mean t [...]
